What a wonderful place to go! I would highly recommend North Mankato Family Dentistry to anyone! Especially, if you are someone like me who has a HUGE dentist phobia. I hadn't been to the dentist in roughly 10 years because I was so terrified, and searched for about 2 years for the right dentist. I've now done sedation dentistry with Dr. Flack twice and couldn't be happier with the experience and the results! And it's so simple! They call in a few prescriptions to your pharmacist, you take a relaxing medication the night before, another one in the morning, and bring along the rest of your medications with you to your appointment. The only thing I can remember of the day was arriving. I don't even remember walking back to the room. When you are done someone drives you home, take a couple hour nap, wake up and don't remember one thing! It's amazing! Dr. Flack even called me later that night to see how I was doing and how the sedation worked for me. Dr. Flack and all the staff I have worked with and spoken with are wonderful! They are very personable and you can tell they truly care about their patients experience. They go to great lengths to fit your schedule and your needs. While I was there for my second consult, trying to schedule my second sedation appointment, they made phone calls to employees asking if they could come in on their day off so that I could have the sedation appointment that fit my schedule in a timely manner! I am so very thankful I have finally found a dentist I can go to and feel comfortable!!!
I went to Dr Flack years ago and he said I needed $2500 worth of work. Went and got a second opinion and they said I had one tiny spot that they would just watch and have never needed it filled. I have heard this same thing from many others.
