My first experience was with Kimberly on the phone. She couldn’t have been more assuring that they would help my College son get his car repaired and give him any rides he needed. After charging the battery for 24 hours, they ran diagnostics and found nothing..... just a completely drained battery. My bill, $50.19 with tax. WOW! So nice to know there are machenics out there with integrity! Having a vulnerable College child far from home, it’s sure nice to know Mankato Crank & Chrome is there to make things right, with integrity! Thank you Kimberly and the rest of the crew.
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been taking my car there for years and I trust them with my car's needs. They've been great! Wouldn't take my car any where else!
I've had my car for about a year now and it being my first car, when my breaks started grinding really bad and loud it made me quite nervous and was even more nervous to take it somewhere to fix it because I didn't want anyone pushing me into getting a million different things done to it that cost a bunch of money I didn't have and weren't necessary at this time. But when I called Mankato Crank & Chrome and actually got there, I was pleasantly surprised that no one pressured me into anything. They checked over the car and showed pictures of what is exactly wrong and offered to show me in person if I'd want (but honestly I know nothing about cars so I was happy with pictures lol!) and even showed me the different options I had. They let me wait in there amazingly comfortable waiting room they have, that honestly looks like an extremely cozy living room. Also, everyone there was so nice and easy to talk to, and wanted me to get the best deal possible! They were even so nice to leave a cute little note and candy in my car for me when it was done and ready to take home. I was very very impressed by this all! Thankyou for making my first experience with fixing my car a great one! I will definitely be coming back in the future!
Hannah and Matt were friendly, and easy to talk to about my vehicle. I received a text with a complete multi-point inspection report before I was even called up to pay. This was awesome to get - complete with photos of the readings their equipment took of my vehicle, comments from the technician, and the status of various parts/systems on my car. That kind of transparency and having a record of this report digitally is super helpful for a consumer to have. Great work, and customer experience was top notch. Will recommend!
