I love & appreciate they do not charge for after hour calls! The plumbers are always friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Did a great job! Quick and looks nice and clean, simplified the mess of plumbing someone else did before us. Checked the rest of the house and helped me understand more things about plumbing.

Had a badly clogged up basement floor drain in my '61 rambler, Joe from Mr. Rooter came in, diagnosed the problem and quickly gave me an accurate pricing model for the job, and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Also checked to see if there were any other problem spots in the house , there were none, but I'm glad he checked. Would definitely recommend their service, and will use them again in the future if need be!

Joe was incredibly helpful, and thought ahead while working on our plumbing. He recognized and addressed several problems, was friendly, informative, and got the job done fast. He explained the entire process, and consulted with me each step of the way. Living in an old home means unique issues, and Joe made it clear it was his goal to address the whole problem, and not settle for a quick fix. I hope I never need a plumber again, but if I do I know who to call. Great service. Thank you.

Mr. Rooter does great work. They came out at 9pm on New Year's Eve and fixed a clogged toilet for me when I could not get ahold of any other plumbing companies. The emergency hour fees were reasonable and fair, and plumber was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
