Great place to buy a Hot Spring Spa
The Sawatzky Pools team was able to achieve what many other companies could not. They couldn't have done a better job at balancing out my chemical mess in my pool. Not only are they extremely knowlegable but they are well priced, very helpful and they got the job done quickly. I would recommed Sawatzky Pools to anyone with a pool or spa. Thank you!!
They used to be super knowledgeable and helpful. Now they are useless. Some chemicals are competitively priced, but not all. Parts and supplies are mostly grossly over-priced.
After a replacing a brand new defective breaker in the disconnect box, our new hot springs tub was ready to use. The folks at Sawatzky pools made it easy to fill and adjust with salt and chemicals. Delivery went smooth and the support of their team helped considerably. Thanks to Richard, Myra, Brady, Mike and Mike. Well worth the effort...
Purchased a used spa that they said worked flawless... not the case! Bad pump and topside control. Kept saying they'd take care of it but never did... never returned calls...
