My problem with CTS: Stop bumping your clients because someone else is willing to pay a $50 expedite fee. If you break a part while replacing a part, fix it at your expense. Put the computer back together in the same or better shape than when you received it. I wasted four days and drove 45 miles to get my half fixed.

I use CTS for my small business needs. The first thing that I like is that the company is completely local in focus and are involved in the community. Even though local they have impressive ties to "the big boys". They have the expertise on all issues including hardware, software and service issues from networks to general computer service issues. their techs are easy to work with a and knowledgeable. I recommend them.
CTS has always been very professional and thorough when repairing the devices I've needed assistance with (both Macs & PCs). Excellent business.
I got approval from Apple to get my graphics card replaced. I called CTS to find out what the wait time was and was told if I brought it in on Mon before 3pm, they could diagnose it to get the graphics card ordered so it would come in on Tue to be replaced, and that I should have it back Tues afternoon, dependent on if anyone came in before me. When I showed up on Mon, I was told two people got in before me, so it should be ready by Wed. CTS diagnosed the problem and ordered the graphics card. I called on Wed to find out it would be ready for sure Thur morn. I call Thur aft to find out they couldn't get my computer to turn on. That it was most likely the power supply and that it would cost over $200 to fix. I never had a problem with the power supply when I brought it in and they never diagnosed that as an issue. (They couldn't have diagnosed it without a functioning power supply). I told them I didn't want them fixing it. When I picked up my computer, the LCD screen was smudged badly on the inside of the screen and installed without it being clean. I called Apple and they took care of everything with no charge.
